工藝流程
基層處理、找平膩子、抗裂膩子、涂刷底漆、分割線、仿石封固底漆、仿石涂料中層漆、水包水仿廠面漆、仿石涂料專用罩光漆、清理現(xiàn)場。
施工注意事項
1、較長時間靜止存放的產(chǎn)品，在開蓋使用前可輕微攪動，不許用斬攪拌，無需加水稀釋；
2、避免在下雨天施工，在空氣溫度大于85%時，謹慎施工；
3、本產(chǎn)品在氣溫+5%℃以上施工，低于+5℃時不建議施工，0℃以下嚴禁施工；
4、使用專用噴槍，達到規(guī)定涂膜厚度保證涂裝質(zhì)量，空壓機壓力5.5千瓦以上，氣泵氣壓0.6MPa壓力罐至噴槍的氣管長度小于4米，氣壓調(diào)為1.8公斤-2.5公斤。槍與基面成垂直噴涂，走槍均勻。
